Gilberto is the Founder and CEO of Maldona Equity, where he leads the firm’s mission to acquire and invest in profitable companies while creating long-term value for founders and stakeholders. As an entrepreneur of 10 years+, he combines disciplined execution with forward-thinking strategy to build a decentralized portfolio of enduring businesses. Under his leadership, Maldona Equity is pursuing an ambitious vision of scaling to 100+ companies by 2030, guided by a culture of speed, transparency, and entrepreneurial grit.

Jose Maldonado - Chief Operating Officer

Jose Maldonado is the Chief Operating Officer at Maldona Equity, overseeing day-to-day operations, team execution, and integration across the firm’s divisions. With a background in leadership and organizational management, he ensures that strategy translates into action and that acquisitions are supported with strong operational frameworks. Jose plays a key role in building culture, driving efficiency, and aligning the firm’s growth initiatives with its long-term vision.

Shreyash More - Acquisitions Associate

Shreyash is an Acquisitions Associate at Maldona Equity, where he supports the firm’s M&A strategy through discovery calls, financial analysis, and preparing LOIs. With a Master of Finance, an MBA in Finance, and a BBA in Financial Management, he brings strong analytical expertise to evaluating opportunities and guiding deals. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, cooking, and staying current with financial news.

Loukik Rawal - Investor Relations Associate

Loukik Rawal is an Investor Relations Associate at Maldona Equity, supporting the firm’s roll-up strategy in U.S. home services. He focuses on investor engagement, financial modeling, and strategic communications to drive scale and value creation. With prior experience in corporate finance and investor relations across Pigybak Inc., ImpactGuru, and Neway Healthcare, Loukik has built financial models, pitch decks, and forecasting tools that enhanced investor engagement and supported fundraising efforts. He holds a Master of Finance from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from IIT Jodhpur.

Muhammad Owais - M&A Intern

Owais is an M&A Intern at Maldona Equity, where he focuses on deal sourcing, M&A execution and financial due diligence. Owais has over 6 years of experience at PwC, Banyan Software and Synergy Business Brokers, gaining experience in managing buy and sell side M&A processes, financial modeling, and screening acquisition targets across healthcare, software, and other industries. Owais holds a Master’s in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago

Jaden Jones - Talent Acquisition Manager

Jaden Jones is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Maldona Equity, where he drives the firm’s recruiting and talent strategy. With 20+ years of experience in human resources and executive coaching, Jaden has built high-performing teams and scalable systems across the U.S., U.K., and APAC. At Maldona Equity, he focuses on attracting top talent, aligning people strategy with business goals, and strengthening the firm’s culture of urgency, clarity, and long-term growth.
